Our hourly rate is £42 (including VAT).

Sometimes it is really hard to quote for a job in advance, especially without inspecting the installation first. At the same time, we also believe in transparency. Therefore these prices below offer a rough guide to the most commonly requested jobs.

All prices below are inclusive of VAT and labour, they do not include cost for any required parts. We do not charge more for weekend hours or bank holidays but we do charge an extra 20% on labour when work can only be carried out between 7pm and 7am. We also offer special rates If you are a registered charity or community center.

We will do our best to give you an accurate quotation before a job in started. We also offer a discounted rate for pensioners and people on certain benefits. For more information, please call or email.

Initial Quotation - Free

A free quotation for most domestic and small scale jobs.
In-person assessment on site.
No formal written quotation provided.

Formal Quotation - £10-30

Cost is redeemable upon agreed work.
A full quotation for most domestic, commercial, medium and large scale jobs.
In-person assessment on site.
Formal quotation provided within 5 working days of site assessment.

Small Repair, Alteration or Similar - £25

Usually up to 30 minutes.
Does not usually include certificate.
Examples: Changing a plug. Replacing some special light bulbs. Minor investigation work.

Minor Work - £42

Usually up to 1 hour.
Does not usually include certification.
Minimum Emergency Call Out Charge.
Examples: Replacing a socket face plate. Changing a lighting fixture. Moderate investigation work.
