We aim to respond to your request within 15 minutes. In the event of an emergency, or danger to life, please contact the emergency services on '999'.

Although this service is offered 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, if you do not get a response from us within 15 minutes we may be unavailable at this time and advise you make alternative arrangements.

There is a minimum charge of £35 for the first hour, even if stood down before arrival. This is non-negotiable. You agree to this charge, when you submit the form below.
